Asia, June 2002

Asia is a 9-10 month old female Labrador Retriever mix that was found as a stray and turned over to Lab Rescue of Memphis, Tennessee. During her routine physical it was discovered that she had heartworms. The foster
family of Asia was devastated. After fostering her for a short time, they had already fallen in love with her and were hoping to adopt her. Unfortunately, they had not counted on the expense of heartworm treatment.

Fortunately, Lab Rescue of Memphis knew about LABMED. They applied to us for help in treating Asia's condition. We were happy to contribute to Asia's road to recovery.
