Success Stories

Rose2, June 2004

Rose, what a beautiful name...Unfortunately for this lovely young girl, her life has not been rosy. Rose is a lovely five month old black Lab female. She was purchased from a breeder for a private home. This young girl was kept chained up outside and deprived of not only human contact, but also medical care. Thankfully for Rose, Canine and Feline Rescue organization became aware of her plight after Rose was turned into a shelter by her owner. It was soon discovered that Rose had Parvo and needed treatment.

Canine and Feline Rescue contacted LABMED for assistance with Rose's funding. She needed medical treatment to pull though this disease and get her second chance at a deserved life of love with human companionship.

Rose was lucky. This charming young girl survived Parvo after receiving medical treatment. LABMED was glad to help fund Rose's Parvo treatment and give this girl a second chance. Hopefully for Rose she will no longer encounter any thorns in her life. LABMED wishes her success in finding her much deserved forever home.
