Success StoriesWickliffe, March, 2001
A pin was inserted in the puppy's leg, and the lucky little girl was taken home by her rescuer to foster. LABMED was glad to be able to help with the costs, and the vet provided a generous rescue discount, also. Although the puppy is still hobbling around (and will be until the pin can be removed), she can now move very quickly and is getting into the usual puppy mischief! And she is no longer identified as Wickliffe - this lucky pup has been adopted and is now known as "Emma". She goes to work with her new mom every day, and is happily being spoiled rotten! |
